For a long time, I believed I had to carry everything on my own. The pressure to succeed, to always appear strong, and to keep moving forward eventually took a toll on my mental health. Like many people, I faced moments where the weight of it all felt overwhelming — moments that forced me to stop, reflect, and confront what I had been silently battling.

That journey changed me. It taught me that vulnerability is not weakness, and that asking for support is one of the strongest things a person can do. Through that experience, I realized how many others are fighting similar battles behind closed doors.

Today, I speak openly about mental health because silence helps no one. If my story can help even one person feel less alone, then sharing it matters. Healing begins when we start the conversation.
